How to Rent


Q. How do I view rental(s) availability?

You can also pick your event dates on our other pages with the date picker.

Q. Do you require a deposit to reserve a booking?

A. Yes, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit.

You will receive an email confirmation after payment has been made that will confirm your reservation(s).

Q. Do you offer delivery?

A. Yes, All of our items are delivered, set up, and picked up by our team.

You must choose a delivery option at checkout. If you do not choose a delivery option we will apply the delivery charge to your order manually.

Q. Should I pick 1 or 2 day rental?

A. All of our rentals are for a full 24 hour period.

  • Select 1 day If you would like a same day pickup before 09:30PM. 
  • Select 2 day If you need us to pickup the day after the event.

Q. What are the fees for after hours pickups?

A. Any pickup after 09:30PM is considered after hours.

A $50 fee will apply, then for every hour after 9:30 PM an additional $50 fee will apply.

However, we will work with your venue for next day pickups so avoid these fees when possible. This will depend on the venue allowing us to collect the next day, if the arch is needed the next morning, and if we can fit it into our schedule the next day.

We also try to work directly with your venue so you don’t have to be the go-between for set up, delivery, storage, and pickup. Therefore, we ask for the name, address, and phone number of your venue.

Q. What does it mean when the price is for one setup / location only?

A. That means the price you pay is for our movers and/or florist to set this item up one time, at one location. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else.
