Cancellations

We (Rustic Decor LLC) require a 90-day cancellation notice; all monies paid will be refunded EXCEPT the 30% non-refundable deposit made at the initial transaction. In the event of a war, fire, tragedy, pandemic, natural disaster, or other emergencies within 90 days of your wedding and/or event, WE WILL move your deposit to another date, provided that date is not already taken. If we cannot come to an agreement on a particular date that is not already taken, NO REFUND will be issued.
